Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all PrincessAce tags are attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
